Fiore Design can step in as a trusted production partner to client’s in-house design teams. We assisted Horizon Services in versioning out letter packs (8.5 x 11 double sided letter, plus double sided insert) for their portfolio of brands. The in-house team at Horizon would come up with the campaign look and feel, and Fiore Design would use the InDesign files to version out for 11 brands and up to seven phone number versions per brand. These brand updates would include swapping out logos, colors, photography, service offerings, phone numbers, and disclaimers.
Typically we would receive the letter pack template and copy docs on a Thursday, and have a week to create the versions, proof/edit, and submit files through Horizon’s proofing system.
Horizon could put their trust in Fiore Design to make sure the versions were correct and completed within the tight timeframe they needed to get the files out the door to production and in the mailboxes of their potential clients on time.
